Since listing last year, D&G Technology has been committed to investor relations and increase the Company’s corporate transparency by actively take the initiative to maintain close contact and interaction with investors and potential investors, and disclose the Company’s latest development in a timely manner. It was awarded the QuamIR Awards 2015 – First Year after Listing category. The mission of the Awards is to identify, recognize and honor the models of practice and leadership in investor relations among the listed companies in the Asia-Pacific region. The awards ceremony was held on 12 May 2016.
The Company has obtained many awards within the industry over the years. This award is the first prize on investor relations that the Group received. This recognizes the prominent IR efforts of the Group over the past year and has great significance. Since listing, D&G Technology would meet with several investors one by one after major new release or results announcement, to keep them informed with comprehensive and accurate understanding of the Company’s business and future plans so that they can be close to the Company’s development. Last year the Group has also organized investors tour to visit its production base in Langfang, Hebei and job site.
In addition to the initiative to update the Company’s situation, the Company also pays attention to the views of investors. Our investor relations team is led by CEO and CFO, which facilitates investors to contact our investor relations representatives for queries. Besides, the Group has taken the lead this year to issue its first sustainability report which fulfills the ESG guidelines of the HK Stock Exchange. This enables the investors to understand the Group's strategy and related developments. Looking to the future, D&G Technology will seize the opportunity of OBOR to develop its business. We will strive to enhance the performance while continue to strengthen investor relations, maintain the transparency of information disclosure, and expand and optimize the investor base.
