The global industrialization process has led to a significant increase in carbon dioxide emissions. As one of the major economies, last year China clearly proposed the two goals of "carbon peak" in 2030 and "carbon neutral" in 2060, and all walks of life have taken active actions to respond. Recently, the Greater Bay Area Carbon Neutrality Association (GBACNA), composed of multiple scientific research institutions, industry experts and companies, was formally established in Hong Kong on December 10, 2021.
The association aims to gather the strengths of the industry to achieve the "dual carbon" goal in the Greater Bay Area, including the promotion of the green technology development with the region's expertise, actively developing green finance and carbon trading markets, promoting the use of low-carbon technology in green buildings, and accelerating the improvement of Green finance and scientific research personnel training. Ms Glendy Choi, Executive Director and CEO of D&G Technology, was appointed as the Vice President of GBACNA. In the future, D&G Technology will utilize its own technological advantages to promote the intelligent development of the industry and continue to reduce carbon emissions.
In recent years, D&G Technology has spared no effort to promote green applications in the field of asphalt mixing plants. It has actively invested in the development of a variety of environmentally friendly asphalt mixing plants, asphalt recycling plants and warm-mix technology, to contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions in China and Belt and Road countries.
